During your first appointment, we will complete a comprehensive oral exam, discuss your treatment options and answer any questions you may have.

How often should I come for check-ups?

To maintain optimal oral health, we recommend that patients visit our office at least twice a year for regular check-ups and cleanings.

What measures do you take to ensure patient safety?

At Medina Family Dental, we take infection control very seriously to ensure the safety of all our patients. We follow the latest guidelines from the American Dental Association (ADA) regarding sterilization techniques and protective equipment in order to create a safe environment while providing care.

Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

Yes, we offer 4 different special packages for new patients!

How long will it take to get my results?

Depending on the service provided, it may take a few days to get results back from your appointment. We will keep you informed of any updates as needed.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, cash, checks, and payments from FSA and HSA accounts.

Can I get a second opinion before treatment?
